Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Some items are non-returnable for health, safety, or copyright reasons. These include:

- Custom or personalized items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is posted
- Contact your bank — processing time can vary

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, contact us by email before returning the item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was sent to the gift giver, we’ll issue the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping returns
To return your product, email us first at SalazarsTreasures@salazarstimelesstreasures.com for return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
